Fall sports wrap-up.  Jordan Meyer, a sophomore, became the first cross country athlete to qualify for State since 2005. Jordan finished in the middle of a pack of over 160 runners. Coach John Shetler calls that a very fine showing.

Our football team finished 3-8, a significant accomplishment coming off an 0-8 mark last season and a 14-game losing streak dating back to 2005. The commitment of our boys to summer weightlifting & conditioning definitely paid off, according to Coach Darin Suckstorf. He also noted that we were very competitive in virtually all of our games, and several losses definitely could have been victories.

Coach Kathy Gebhardt is positive about our volleyball team's chances as they look to the first round of subdistrict play at Battle Creek on Oct. 29. Before they go to subdistrict they'll need to get by Concordia Lutheran High School in Omaha on Oct. 27.

Winter sports begin! Conditioning for boys & girls basketball and wrestling begins on Nov. 5. Organized practices begin on Nov. 12. Athletes must have a current physical form on file with us before they can condition and practice

Our veteran coaches are Henry Aschoff, wrestling; Greg Rathke, boys basketball; and Shannon Pospisil, girls basketball.
